2. Description of ServicesOur Services provide prepaid eSIM data plans for global connectivity in over 200 countries and regions. Key features include:

  • Browsing and purchasing data plans tailored to your travel needs (e.g., by country, duration, or data volume).
  • Instant eSIM delivery via QR code for easy installation on compatible devices.
  • Activation upon installation and connection to a supported network.

eSIM plans are digital products delivered electronically. Once activated, the eSIM is non-transferable and tied to your device. We partner with third-party network providers to deliver connectivity; coverage and speeds depend on their networks and may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and you acknowledge that factors like device compatibility, location, and network congestion may affect performance.The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

3. Purchase and Activation

  • Purchasing: All purchases are prepaid. Select a plan, provide payment details, and complete the transaction via our secure payment processor. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you confirm your device is compatible and unlocked.
  • Activation: Download and install the eSIM using the provided QR code over a stable Wi-Fi connection. Activation occurs automatically upon installation and first use. Data plans start immediately and expire based on the plan terms (e.g., validity period or data exhaustion).
  • Third-Party Purchases: If purchased through a reseller or partner, these Terms apply alongside their terms; we are not responsible for their actions.

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets requirements. Incorrect installation or incompatibility does not entitle you to refunds except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. User ObligationsYou agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to data usage, privacy, and telecommunications in your location.
  • Not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities, such as excessive data usage that impairs networks, reselling services, or using the Services to transmit harmful content.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Site, App, or eSIM technology.
  • Provide accurate information and update your Account details as needed.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and not misuse promotional programs (e.g., no fake accounts for referrals).

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your Account and Services, and we may pursue legal remedies.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for purchases. Prices may change at our discretion, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. We are not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Generally, eSIMs are non-refundable once activated or installed, as they are digital services. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and App, including text, graphics, logos, eSIM technology, and software (“Content”), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any feedback or suggestions you provide grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without compensation.

8. User Content and Contributions

If the Services allow you to post reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it for any purpose. 10. Indemnification

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but Sections 7 (IP), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive.

You may terminate by closing your Account and ceasing use.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between us.
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
